Meet Amanda K. Reilly

Amanda K. Reilly, CMHC-LP, CCHt is a hypnotherapist with 8 years experience and limited permit psychotherapist based in New York City, specializing in deep, lasting transformation. With an evidence-based, integrative approach, she combines clinical hypnosis, somatic therapy, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help adults break through mental barriers, rewire subconscious patterns, and step into profound confidence.

Amanda works with clients who are ready for real change—whether it’s navigating anxiety, overcoming a phobia, releasing a compulsive behavior, or gaining motivation toward a more consistently fulfilling life. Her sessions go beyond surface-level relaxation; they are personalized experiences designed to unlock resilience, dissolve self-doubt, and create lasting shifts at the subconscious level.

She has led group workshops and worked individually with clients at SoHo House New York, Google, and Hudson Medical in the West Village; partnering with forward-thinking communities that prioritize well-being, creativity, and peak performance.

She holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from New York University, a Clinical Hypnotherapy diploma from HMI, and a Bachelor of Arts in Holistic Psychology from Lesley University (magna cum laude). She has also completed certifications in Pre-Med (University of Vermont), Integrative Health Coaching (IIN), trauma-informed Hatha yoga (SYI, Peru), and in HypnoBirthing.

Outside of her practice, Amanda is an avid outdoor runner, artist, and dedicated advocate for mental health and social justice, serving as Art Therapy Ambassador with Beauty for Freedom, an international anti-trafficking nonprofit, and leads group meditations for incarcerated folks in association with Prison Yoga.

She sees individual clients via telehealth, offers limited in-person sessions in Tribeca. The space she provides is confidential and judgment-free.

Amanda is a member of the New York Mental Health Counselors Association, the National Guild of Hypnotists, the American Hypnosis Association, and Yoga Alliance.
